Make sure you get 2 or more QUOTES from contractors to determine how much the upgrade will cost.
If you need $15,000 or less, DOWNLOAD the form, PRINT it, SIGN it, and EMAIL it to homestart@bhc.bm.
You can include pictures or a video showing where the upgrade is needed to give a more accurate description.
