Interest Free Loans for Seniors and Disabled Persons Program
The purpose of the program is to support seniors or disabled persons to age in place with the hope that this will improve the quality of life for the person and help reduce costs of care.
Interest free loans of up to $15,000.00 will be available for family members of persons in need of financing home renovations, modifications and/or goods or services that support a safe, long-term care setting for a loved one living at home.
The maximum loan term is 10 years.
